This shawl is designed for a knitter who would like to try out lace knitting techniques.
For a first lace knitting project there are enough skills involved to feel like you are learning, whilst at the same time being able to relax into the flow of the stitches once they become familiar.
Adding beads to your knitting can give an extra touch of glamour to a project. You can omit the beads if preferred.
